Annual Hawai’i Homelessness & Housing Conference
The Homelessness and Housing Conference, hosted by Partners in Care, the Hawaiʻi Housing Affordability Coalition, and Bridging the Gap, is a two-day event designed to bring together a diverse range of stakeholders to address the pressing issues of homelessness and housing insecurity in Hawai'i. With a focus on creating awareness, fostering dialogue, and exploring effective policy solutions, this conference aims to drive meaningful change to build a more equitable housing landscape for Hawai'i.

General Membership Committee
The Partners In Care General Membership serves to update the membership about any changes or new information from the Advocacy, Awareness, Board of Directors, Communications, CES Oversight, Planning, and Organizational Development Subcommittees.
CES Oversight Committee
Coordinated Entry System Oversight discusses improvements and refinements to CES; its policies and procedures, special cases, system changes, and more.
Planning & Housing Committee
The Planning and Housing Committee coordinates with the city on the annual McKinney-Vento/HEARTH Act homeless funding application and regularly updates Hawai‘i’s Plan to End Homelessness. It develops recommendations for funding priorities and strategies, and other cross-agency funding opportunities.
Awareness & Communications Committee
The Awareness and Communications Committee works to increase awareness of PIC, to engage the involvement of more partners, coordinates awareness and educational activities within the community and political arenas, and to plan the annual statewide conference.
Data Committee
The Data Committee provides oversight and recommendations to PIC regarding the Homeless Management Information System which is used by government and non-profit agencies to document services provided to homeless people on O‘ahu.

The O‘ahu Youth Action Board (OYAB) was formed in March 2017 and is made up of members all of whom are age 29 or below and 100% are youth with lived experience of current or former homelessness. This is for youth ONLY.

CoC Outreach Provider Meeting
CoC Outreach Provider Bi-Monthly Meeting will be in person at Central Union Church. There will be a special introductory training from the HMIS team to introduce the new Outreach Module within HMIS, where they will present a video that goes over the navigation of the module, followed by open discussion regarding utilization of the module and CoC agreement of defining encampments and naming protocols for each encampment.
It is highly recommended that all CoC Outreach Providers attend this meeting.
Wahiawa Community Service Fair
Due to a gap in services, the CoC will be holding a Service Fair for our houseless community members in Wahiawa where providers will be assisting with employment, housing, insurance, outreach, case management, and more! Reach out to Kaimbrea Vance for more details.
